1. The service

996KK is a free catalog of browser-based HTML5 games. We organize game listings, categories, and pages so you can discover and play games in your browser. We do not sell game downloads or require registration.

Games, artwork, and related media are supplied by third-party publishers and hosts. We may add, remove, or rearrange listings at any time, including after a data update and site rebuild.

2. Eligibility and age

The Site is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision.

This age rule supports advertising-program rules (including Google AdSense restrictions on child-directed content) and child-privacy laws such as COPPA. We do not knowingly provide the Site to children under 13.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish the catalog, pages, or media at scale without our written permission

• Use the Site to violate any law, including gambling, fraud, or intellectual-property laws

We may block access, remove listings, or take other action if we believe these Terms or applicable ad-network policies have been violated.

4. Intellectual property

The 996KK name, logo, site design, compilation of the catalog, and original text on the Site are owned by us or our licensors. Individual games, titles, characters, and screenshots remain the property of their respective owners.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Site for personal use. You may not use our marks or layout to imply endorsement, or to operate a competing directory that copies our presentation.

5. Third-party games, ads, and links

When you start a game, you may leave our page context and interact with a third-party host. Those hosts have their own terms and privacy practices. Game availability, quality, scores, multiplayer features, and in-game offers are not guaranteed by us.

The Site displays advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads are provided by third parties and may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not endorse advertised products or services. Clicking an ad is at your own risk.

You agree not to generate invalid impressions or clicks, hide ads in a way that violates partner policies, or alter ad code. We may change ad placement to stay compliant with Google AdSense program policies (for example, labeling, distance from game controls, and prohibited content rules).

6. User content and feedback

The Site does not currently offer public comments, accounts, or user uploads. If you send feedback, suggestions, or game-related correspondence, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that material to operate and improve the Site, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email houwinner888@gmail.com with: (a) a description of the work; (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing page; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized agent. We may remove or disable access to the material and notify the relevant game source.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL GAMES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components; that game embeds will load; or that content is appropriate for every player or region. Play at your own risk and take breaks as needed.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 996KK AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, GAMES, OR ADS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (WHICH IS TYPICALLY ZERO, BECAUSE THE SITE IS FREE).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify 996KK and its operators against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

11. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update these Terms, change features, or discontinue the Site at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, harmed other users, or created risk for our advertising partners.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply where they cannot be waived. Courts in that operator jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring claims in your home courts.
